SYMBI REGENERATION HOUSE

Symbi Regeneration House transformed a 19th Century Victorian in a historic neighborhood of Hyattsville, MD.

Symbi Homes restored the exterior of the original two-story home, dramatically improved the energy efficiency with new insulation and HVAC, and increased the square footage with the addition of a brand new Net Zero accessory dwelling unit. The completed two-family project provides age-in-place accommodations in a healthy, sustainable environment, and preserves the historic property for generations to come.
